A gentle movement class that is great for all ages and levels of practice. We will explore the foundation yoga poses and their benefits, while adapting these to individual abilities to best build on your current strength, flexibility and joint mobility. This class will grow into a Vinyāsa flow class that will equip you with the tools to create you own movement practices at home.
HOT STONE THERAPY
The Basalt stones used in this treatment, assist with expanding the blood vessels which encourages blood flow throughout the body. These stones also have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.

This is a tailored treatment for clients where we focus on the areas of stress in relation to their activities. We use a combination of flushing, trigger point, facia release and mobility techniques to increase and enhanced blood circulation, relieve muscle tension, reduce soreness and make for a faster recovery before and after extreme physical pressure on the body. The relaxed muscles can then also experience an increase in range of motion and flexibility for enhancing performance.

Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient’s body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where mechanical suction cups are placed on your skin for a few minutes, to create a negative pressure on your muscles. It can assist with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. It also assists with drawing toxins from deep within the muscles.
